El Zopilote is a permaculture farm, and since 2018, it has integrated an edible and medicinal mushroom factory into its permaculture design. We offer various courses on permaculture, mushroom cultivation, and other topics such as medicinal herbs. Every week, we conduct tours of the permaculture farm and the mushroom factory.
