How to make and bake bread, muffins and biscuits using natural leavening processes. This course lasts for two days. It starts at about 8pm when you will learn how to increase the “natural yeast” so that it will be ready the next day, for the entire batch of bread. On day 2 at about 7am you will learn how to prepare, knead and bake the bread, muffins and biscuits. Importantly, you will be taught how to light a wood burning oven and how to bake the products properly. The course lasts until about 12am and the participants will be rewarded with a delicious loaf of fresh bread, 2 muffins and a biscuit.
