Just 300 meters from our hostel lives Zaccaria, the owner of the horses and an experienced local guide who knows the island’s trails like no one else. His horses are well-trained, healthy, and well cared for, ensuring a safe and enjoyable ride for everyone.

Explore forest paths, hidden trails, and even the beach,one of the reasons Ometepe is truly ideal for horseback adventures. The island is full of horses, and discovering it from the saddle is an unforgettable experience.

We no longer manage bookings for these tours directly, so simply walk over to Zaccaria’s place to arrange your ride and agree on price and timing with him.
