Welcome to BUSHOP, the official farm shop in Ometepe and artisan market located at El Zopilote Eco Hostel. Housed in a vibrant, restored 1974 yellow school bus, BUSHOP is a unique community space where travelers and locals come together. Here, you will find a wide range of organic, natural, and handmade products crafted directly on our permaculture farm or sourced from talented artisans around the island.
Organic Food & Natural Health at Our Farm Shop in Ometepe
Whether you are looking for a healthy snack or natural medicine, our shelves are stocked with fresh, local goods. We offer freshly baked whole grain sourdough bread, homemade chocolate treats, ginger beer, refreshing kombucha, fresh juices, and vegan snacks. Depending on the season, you can also find fresh organic mushrooms and vegetables harvested from our farm and other local producers.
Our natural health and wellness section includes herbal tinctures, natural soaps, healing ointments, organic shampoos, perfumes, and tick or mosquito repellents. Beyond food and health, BUSHOP serves as a vibrant artisan market in Ometepe. We proudly support local crafters by offering handmade jewelry crafted from macramé, native seeds, brass, and silver. You can also browse through our selection of unique bags, recycled clothing, natural rolling papers, artisanal pipes, incense, and much more.

BUSHOP is conveniently located 300 meters south of Santa Cruz, right at the road entrance to El Zopilote Eco Hostel. Just look for the big yellow bus on the main road!
Also have a convenient parking space for two cars.
We are open every day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After visiting the shop, we invite you to explore our eco hostel accommodations or join us for a delicious meal at our organic restaurant.
